Description

This notice is the pre-soliciatation notice associated with sources sought notice W58RGZ-18-R-0323 posted on 25 July 2018 for Small Tactical Terminal (STT) Radio - Part number 7-613200030-001, National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-659-7909 Apache aircraft Radio Repairs. Upon review of the sources that responded to the above referenced notice, the United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Idenfiite Quantity contract to Viasat Incorporated, located at 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California 92009-1602 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) entitled "Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," for Small Tactical Terminal (STT) Radio - Part number 7-613200030-001, National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-659-7909 Apache aircraft Radio Repairs. The STT Radio technical data packages are held by Harris, located at 1025 W. NASA Boulevard Melbourne, FL 32919 and Viasat Incorporated, located at 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California 92009-1602. In accordance with FAR 5.2, interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above listed service are invited to submit a response within fifteen (15) days after release of this notice. All submissions should include the following information: (1) Organizational name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; (2) Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort.
