Description

SCOPE OF WORK - Vendor to perform bottom cleaning of seven (7) Fuel oil Storage tanks that contain No.2 Diesel Fuel by High Velocity Recirculation, removal of water bottoms if necessary, recording conditions of caps, gaskets, fittings and vents and provide written documentation of inspection and fuel sample results within one month of completion. Vendor shall add necessary Stabilizers and Biocides to all tanks to control the growth of microbes Tank Capacities. Services will begin on or about December 17-21, 2018. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about November 16, 2018. This date is subject to change. A Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for November 27, 2018 at the Memphis VAMC campus. This date is subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract.
