- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for non-commercial MK 30 Mod 1 Towed Array Capped Cylinders manufactured in accordance with Drawing 7021644 Rev B and all associated drawings. The base quantity includes two (2) each First Article units and 48 each production units. First Article testing may be waived for proven vendors. The solicitation will include three (3) options, each for an additional quantity of up to 50 units. Optional quantities will include step-ladder pricing. First article delivery is required 180 days after contract award. Production delivery is required 180 days after First Article acceptance, or if First Articles are waived, 180 days after award. Optional quantity delivery is required 180 days after exercise of each option. The resulting contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334511, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation, N0025319R0005, is anticipated to be issued on or about 14 December as an unrestricted, non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 15. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offeror non-responsive and result in rejection of same. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Applicable drawings are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to the offeror's appointed data custodian that is registered under the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
