The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring the following, for the Edward Hines Jr. VAH in Hines, Illinois: Carto 3 System ConfiDense Mapping Module including T5810 Workstation Upgrade Quantity Item Number Description 1 CONFDWS UPGRADE Confidence Mapping Module with T5810 Workstation The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis i/a/w: FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), a purchase order will be issued to BIOSENSE WEBSTER, INC., 3333 Diamond Canyon Road, Diamond Bar, CA, 91765, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received before 10:00 a.m., C.S.T., on 23 November 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
