Description

November 9, 2018 Prospective Offerors Subject: Solicitation 36C24719Q0096 Birmingham VAMC -Base plus 4 Fire Alarm Maintenance to Existing EST3- Request for Quote Dear Prospective Offerors: The Birmingham VAMC invites your firm to submit a proposal for the subject requirement as indicated in the Price/Cost Schedule of the solicitation. The Government intends to make an award of a firm-fixed price contract for this procurement. Please submit a proposal in accordance with the following instructions: Complete blocks 12, 17a, 30(a) (b) and (c) of the attached SF1449. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the Solicitation. The Solicitation constitutes the model purchase contract. Complete Contractor information on pages 18-20 of the solicitation Complete PRICE/COST SCHEDULE starting on page 6 of the solicitation. Submit proposal on company letterhead also. Your reply to this request for quote must set forth full, accurate, and complete information as required by this solicitation. Your quote shall be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm and be submitted via email on or before 12Noon CST on Friday November 16, 2018. All communications prior to award concerning the solicitation shall be directed to pamela.frazier2@va.gov.
