The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. Responses to this notice shall include: Company Name Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email DUNS number Cage Code Type of business, e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business, SDB Must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform the work described below: The Kansas City VA Medical Center is looking to replace two (2) vacuum pumps. The new vacuum pumps must be brand specific to fit in the same spot as the old pumps to prevent modifying pipes, and electrical. The KCVA HVAC staff will install this unit. The vacuum pumps are in the sub-basement of building 1. The main purpose of the vacuum pumps is to remove the water that drips off the fan coils on each floor. Without the pumps running we ll have leaks in every room in building 1. Salient Characteristics: Quantity (2) Bell & Gossett Model# 25VCD Voltage 208v 3ph 2 air pumps 2 water pumps 17 CFM @ 5.5 Hg 25 Gallon cast iron receiver NEMA 2 Type Control Panel with Fused Disconnect w/ Fuses Standard one-year warranty minimally, or manufacturer s standard warrant Response Needed by 11/16/2018 at 10:00AM EST.
