Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 37.6, Performance Based Contracting and FAR 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Fixed-priced contract for a base year with one (1) 12-month option. Order in response to RFQ-10-19-002-EB, Medical Bottled Gas Services. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 325120.
