Description

The Alliance for Sustainable Energy LLC (Alliance) at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) intends to solicit competitive proposals from prequalified sources for a fixed price with award fee design-build subcontract for the design and construction of a multi-purpose laboratory, together with related infrastructure improvements, collectively referred to as the Research and Innovation Laboratory (RAIL). The proposed work is located at the NREL South Table Mountain (STM) campus in Golden, Colorado. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be issued approximately December 2018 - January 2019 time frame and will posted on www.fbo.gov It is intended that construction be substantially complete no later than December 2020. More details and information will be provided in the RFQ. The RFQ will be identified as RFQ-9-92088. The Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC (Alliance) has entered into Contract No. DE-AC36-08-GO28308 with the Department of Energy (DOE), an agency of the U.S. Government, for the management and operation of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
