Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Vaccine Research Center (VRC), Virus Persistence and Dynamics Section (VPDS) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases, 60 Fenwood Road, RM 9002, Boston, MA 02115 for PCR activated cell sorting of CD4 T cells. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
