The purpose of this source sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 337214 (size standard of 1,000 Employees). Responses to this source sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. When Contractor provided equipment is received, the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or technical point of contact will maintain an inventory of who has Contractor provided equipment for accountability purposes. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The ergonomics equipment supply vendor will charge only for the items ordered by the facility. Orders will be made, typically, biennially. Once the items ordered have been shipped, the vendor will submit a corresponding invoice. Once the items are received and the order is reconciled a payment will be processed. The ergonomics equipment supply vendor will provide the items listed above, at the agreed pricing. PLACE OF DELIVERY All equipment must be delivered to the facility s Shipping and Receiving Department located at 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161 DELIVERY Not to exceed 2 deliveries per year. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE The COR is responsible for performing inspections necessary to substantiate that the supplies furnished under this contract are not damaged and in good working condition. Any items found to be damaged and/or not in working condition, would be returned to the contractor and must be replaced in a timely manner. WARRANTY The contactor must provide equipment warranty that includes full coverage or protection to any defect on the product provided. The warranty must include repairs, replacement, or refund of the product that is found to be faulty or defective. The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications.
