- Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in [city, State], that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 4,687 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 4,687 Maximum ABOA square feet: 4,687 The lease term requirement is for [length of lease term] years. The space must be available for occupancy by 12/15/2020. The delineated area is 801 University Boulevard Suite 209 Albuquerque NM 87106. Other applicable requirements include the following features: •Proximity to public transportation •Sole tenancy, if this is a requirement •Parking must be available to support day to day operations of at least 24 available spaces (POV) and surge capacity to support meeting and contract source selection events that will have a demand of at least 60 available spaces. •Security is required to have security features and fixtures that mitigate security vulnerability such as higher than first floor location, intrusion alarms, cameras with video Joint Directed Energy Transition Office 801 University Blvd. SE, Suite 209 Albuquerque, NM 87106 recording and lessor providing 24/7 security response. The current lessor also provides roving security patrols throughout the buildings and campus to ensure a safe and secure environment from 0700 to 1800 hrs. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). •Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building • List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
