Description

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) for the renewal of annual subscriptions. ACM is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to their virtual digital library. The vendor shall provide an annualsubscription for access to the ACM Digital Library which includes the ACM e-Digital Library and the ACM e-Master Sig Package. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
