Notice of Intent to Sole Source Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being available to meet the Government's needs, to Covidien Sales, LLC; 15 Hampshire St. Mansfield, MA, 02048-1113. Reference number is N0025919N0012. Requirement is for Venaseal (Medical Adhesive) for NMCSD. Covidien Sales, LLC. is the only vendor that can provide a Venaseal that meets the minimum requirements as listed below: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
