- The United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) is awarding a contract to a Supplier who will provide analysis of the shortage of truck drivers in the United States and its potential impact on (1) the shipping and delivery industry and (2) the U.S. Postal Service. This analysis will be drawn from secondary research of existing sources, as well as additional primary research. See attached solicitation with instructions to offerors.
