Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This solicitation is set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Decedent Transport Service for Waco VA (Base + one 12-month option) SERVICE SHALL INCLUDE: Transportation of remains from Waco VA to Temple VA as indicated in the statement of work. The quantity is only an estimate based on historical data. Workload Increases or decreases are possible during the life of the contract. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year: 01/01/2019 to 12/31/2019, Option year one: 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020 Responses shall be submitted to jose.campa@va.gov no later than 11:00 AM CDT, Thursday, November 29, 2018.
