Description

The National Park Service has posted its responses to the timely submitted questions in regard to the Prospectus for a Concession Business Opportunity for lodging, food and beverage, retail and marina within Isle Royale National Park - CC-ISRO002-20. This notice also includes Amendment No. 1 to the prospectus which updates the Business Opportunity, Historical Revenues - Exhibit 6 with 2017 data; provides corrected Appendix A.4 Proposal Package Forms with corrected dates on the Income Statement Form, Operating Assumptions form, and the Cash Flow Statement form; and provides a revised Exhibit B: Operating Plan Subsection (e), Section 3) General Operating Standards and Requirements, E) General Policies, (1) Facility Use (page B-8). The questions and responses, and Amendment No. 1 are available online at: https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/ISRO002-20.htm.
