Description

DLA Issues Request for Quote (RFQ) SPRBL1-19-Q-0013 for the following item to support the procurement of Improved Signal Data Converter to support the Aviators Night Vision Imaging System/Heads Up Display. Attached is the solicitation and technical requirements document. NSN: 5895-01-577-5425 P/N: MB503A-00 This is for a single spot buy of 281 units. The response date is December 10th, at 4pm local time. Please note the Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the NSN or the Heads Up Display. The approved manufacturing source of supply is Elbit Systems' subsidiary EFW, Inc., CAGE 0WEC9. Because this acquisition will be using sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
