- This is a DRAFT RFP for the Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle (SBNVG) program. Marine Corps Systems Command is soliciting comments, and questions on this DRAFT package. Once all feedback has been addressed and / or incorporated into the package, the final RFP will be posted to FBO to solicit proposals from industry.
