Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-19-Q-PQQ042 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified offerrors must submit bids/price quotes. In particular, US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach requires the following items: 1. Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and licenses as necessary to: (a) demolish and removed existing gate and fences -then install new metal gate and adjacent fencing between existing concrete columms, including vehicle and pedestrian gates. Please see attached statement of work (SOW). All interested vendors/contractors are encouraged to contact Mr. Paul Nelson at (310) 521-6014 for pre-quote/site visit scheduled this coming 05 December 2018 at 0945 AM. All prospective vendors/contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and must comply to all pertinent Federal Acquisitions Regulations, local, state, and other regulations necessary and applicable for the performance and completion of this stated contract. All proposals will be evaluated base on past performance, technical knowledged and price (not necessarily in that order). All proposals/bids must be submitted to Noel P.
