This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to identify potential sources for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This SSS is to support the Common Airborne Sense and Avoid (C-ABSAA) program for software prototyping and fielding. Please see Attachment #1 for details of this notice to include the Requirements Description and instructions for the Contractor Capability Survey. Note: The response date has been moved to 03 Dec 18. Some documents that will help vendors properly respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis have been added to this posting. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
