- August 3, 2016 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP) TSA Funding of Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) Project Costs Letter, Version 2.0. ------------------------------------------------- TSA is issuing the revised EBSP Funding of CBIS Project Costs Letter, Version 2.0. This document contains a revision summary and outlines CBIS project and funding application eligibility, as well as allowable, allocable, and reasonable project costs. ------------------------------------------------- NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-AUG-2016).
