Description

2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE UNIFORMS Introduction: The Wilkes Barre VAMC Facilities Maintenance service is seeking a Contractor to provide its WG Maintenance Department with employee uniforms. Scope: The vendor shall supply the quantities, sizes and colors of the garments as covered in in the Statement of Work and all Attachments. Requirements: The vendor must be able to supply the required garments in attachment A and their quantities within one month of award. The vendor must meet the specification for each type of garment covered in attachment B of this document. Deliverables: The vendor must supply and deliver the required quantity of garments within one month upon award of this contract. The contractor shall contact the shipping and receiving department to schedule delivery to the Wilkes Barre VAMC. The usage shown in the solicitation schedule is an estimate for the facility s annual requirements. There is no express or implied guarantee that the usage will be purchased. Deliveries shall be made during normal business hours 8:00AM 4:00PM and shall not be made during government observed holidays, weekends. Full solicitation documents will be posted no later than 11/20/2018. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
