Description

** This amendment is to add Amendment #0001 to Solicitation #N00421-18-R-0090, which includes changes to Section C, J, L, and Attachment P2. ** * This amendment is to add the Request for Proposal (RFP) N00421-18-R-0090. * INTRODUCTION The Engineering, Prototyping and Business Operations Division, AD-4.11.5, is acquiring full scale "Design for Manufacture" mechanical facilities support services to include engineering, prototyping and fabrication efforts to assist in meeting diverse rapid response mission requirements of the Engineering Divisions of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 4.11 Rapid Capability Engineering & Integration Department. AD-4.11.5 provides product design engineering expertise, prototyping, systems engineering, systems integration, information assurance, network and software support, and sustainment for a variety of mechanical, communications, electronic, information technology, and combat, command and control systems. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.
