- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Lube Oil Testing and Analysis Services for the Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is the fourth week of November 2018, and the solicitation number is 140R1719Q0004. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps and FedConnect. Reclamation intends to award one indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of December 2018. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. The PSC code for this requirement is H191 and the NAICS code is 541380. The small business size standard is 15 million dollars.
