Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0003 to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), Tucson, AZ, 85756 for Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) All Up Round (AUR) Ordnance Assessment (OA) Testing. This testing will be conducted on the Blk II AGM-154C Configuration. This requirement consists of conducting Unitary Hardware in the Loop (UHIL) simulations, Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) testing and Global Positioning System (GPS) testing on two, Block II AGM-154C Joint Standoff Weapons; as well as RMS to conduct a Seeker Noise Equivalent Edge Temperature (NEET) Investigation and measure Seeker NEET values on previously measured OA AURs.
