- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, on a sole source basis and negotiate under FAR Part 15, award of a cost plus fixed fee level of effort contract with Ausgar Technologies, a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business. The Governments requirement is for subject matter expert services in the areas of cyber security engineering, systems development, and test and evaluation support to SSC Pacifics Lightweight Survivable Systems and On Demand Deployable Systems Projects. The NAICS Code is 541330 for Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture, and the business size is $38.5 million. The contract period of performance includes a 12 month base period and one option for 12 additional months of support. This notice is not a request for proposal. Further, this notice is anticipatory in nature, and not binding on the Government. However, any firm believing that it can fulfill the requirement described above may identify its interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Submitted capability documents must clearly describe the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the services to be provided. Capability statements, comments questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail to martha.aldridge@navy.mil only. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
