- Description
- GENERAL INFORMATION The Government is currently executing the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) phase of the Communication, Navigation and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) program which includes secure beyond-line-of-sight (BLOS) and improved anti-jam capabilities. The addition of the ARC-210 Gen 6 radio will more than double system capacity and improve the quality of service. SATURN will supplement and eventually replace the existing HAVE QUICK II UHF LOS anti-jam capability. This RFI's intent is to obtain industry inputs on supplementing the C-5M Super Galaxy Program Office by providing immediate support in completing drawing updates, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs)-ready information, flight and maintenance manual updates related to this program. This information request should not be construed as a decision or commitment to pursue any acquisition. Instead, this information will be compiled to inform the Government's procurement strategy.
