Description

Solicitation number SPE603-19-R-0505 is issued to acquire laboratory testing services of US Government-owned fuel in multiple locations within the Europe and Africa region. The locations are: Djibouti, Free Zone Augusta, Sicily Cyprus Rota, Spain Mersin, Turkey Shannon, Ireland All testing shall be performed in accordance with approved DLA Energy tests methods listed in MIL-STD 3004. Testing of US Goverment-owned fuel is required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (including holidays). The Contractor personnel who interacts with DLA Energy personnel in performance of these services must be able to speak English. The performance period is four four years: 2-yr base period (20 May 2019-19 May 2021) and one (1) 2-yr option period (20 May 2021-19 May 2023), with the option to extend, not to exceed six months (20 May 2023-19 November 2023).
