- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Gibbs Sports Amphibians Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Multiple CLINs to purchase spare parts to support repairs and maintenance of the Quadski vehicles while they are being used for autonomy development and demonstration. The ONR USAAC/MARS project has a fleet of 13 amphibious Quadski vehicles that are being used to develop an amphibious autonomy capability for the United States Marine Corps. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
