This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q0086. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $38.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Butler VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001 is seeking to test NOX and CO portable analyzers. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be 30 days following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: As per SOW CLIN 0002: As per SOW CLIN 0003: As per SOW See also Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule. The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4235, Revision Number 8, dated 07-10-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
