- 21 NOVEMBER 2018 This RFI has been extended to NLT 12 December 2018 5:00PM EST. This amendment has also incorporated a draft TMCR and questions answered as a result of the posted RFI. _________________________________________________________________________ Market Research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirements of the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recover Fixed Wing Division. This requirement is to provide provisioning, engineering services, and technical manuals to the AC-130 Precision Strike Package (PSP). The current strategy for this requirement is to provide a one year contract that will continue through FY20. The intended outcome of this effort is to receive technical writing services and provisioning support in order to sustain current and future combat operations. The AC-130J aircrew's mission is to provide support for the ever evolving needs of the AFSOC and USSOCOM's mission. This Request for Information is limited to Small Businesses.
