Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform manned aircraft Airborne Laser Scanning (ALS) topographic survey, covering the area of interest indicated in Appendix A, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and with commercial standard, local laws and regulations. The contractor shall follow U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Manual (EM) for Photogrammetric and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Mapping (EM 1110-1-1000) (https://www.publications.usace.army.mil/Portals/76/Publications/EngineerManuals/EM_1110-1-1000.pdf) for required aerial survey mission. If any part of this EM does not fit for this mission, due to local or regional restrictions, the contractor shall use Japanese Survey Law and public surveying regulation manuals of Japan, as substitute guidelines. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
