- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the roof replacement at the Paso(PSC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. NAICS CODE# - 238160 Location: PSC ATCT in Pasco, WA. A site visit is scheduled for December,17 2018 at 10:00 am. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov no later than December 13, 2018. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than January 3, 2018. Questions received after January 3, 2018 will not be considered. Proposals are due no later than January 9, 2018 @ 15:00 MT. Any proposal received after 15:00 MT on January 9, 2018 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov, and the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
