Description

This is a request for sources sought (RFI) to all vendors that can provide 1000 tons of Thawrox or an equivalent substitute for the Clement J Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI. The Dept of Veterans Affairs has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and the release of this RFI sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. Responders are advised that the US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI sources sought. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. All responses must provide a capability statement regarding the following: Do you have the ability to deliver the above product, in any quantity, on an as needed basis within 48 hours of delivery request? The shipment of this product would have to be a one-day delivery (no multiple deliveries over several days). MSDS sheets on the product must be provided for technical evaluation. Can you deliver 1000 tons before 3-31-2019? What is your end of season cut-off date? NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
