Description

Sole Source provider of Blood Donor Testing Services for Infectious Diseases. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) (1), The Contracting Office, US Naval Hospital, Guam, intends to award a sole source contract to Bloodworks Northwest, 921 Terry Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104-1256 for Blood Donor Testing Services. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
