Description

Solicitation N0042119Q0080 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with National Instruments under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. National Instruments is the OEM and only known company that can furnish the maintenance. This is a renewal on NAVAIR's existing contract with National Instruments under N0042118P0100. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
