Description

Solicitation N0042119Q0081 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Mettler Toledo under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Mettler Toledo is the OEM and only known company that can perform the required onsite preventive maintenance and training for the Mass Comparators. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
