- Description
- The work consists of removal of shoal material from within the Wax Lake Outlet Approach Channels to the East and West Calumet Floodgates, and satisfactory disposal of dredged material into the Wax Lake Outlet Channel below the -35 feet contour. The estimated value of this work is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE procurement. Solicitation No. W912P819B0037 is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and the resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 December 2018 and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. The NAICS Code is 237990. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov ). You will need Adobe Reader for.pdf files (www.adobe.com ) in order to open most files posted by the New Orleans District.
