- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contracts to provide boiler safety device testing services for the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The Contractor shall provide boiler safety testing services, including testing and calibrating boiler safeties, with the intent of ensuring safe boiler operation. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about November 28, 2018 and proposals shall be 13 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 3:30 p.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. This solicitation will be full and open competition. The solicitation reference is 36C25919R0023 Boiler safety testing and calibration and should be referenced in all correspondence/ inquiries. The locations for services are stated above. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
