Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the authority to procure on a sole-source basis and to revise the overall requirement quantities. This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only. However, all responses received by no later than the stated response date of this amendment will be considered by the Government. The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, a 5-year, firm-fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the procurement of various pieces of peculiar support equipment (PSE) for the MQ-8B Fire Scout Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program to the Brackett Aircraft Company, Inc. (CAGE: 56833), a small business, of Kingman, AZ. NAWC-AD LKE intends to procure the following over the 5-year period: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
