- The Virginia National Guard hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP), W912LQ19R0001, for award of a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract to provide and deliver subsistence items and meals throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. This requirement is being issued on an unrestricted, full and open competition basis. The applicable NAICS is 311991 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government intends to award without discussions. Vendors are required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested vendors are hereby alerted the government does not intend to issue paper solicitation documents or amendments. Solicitation documents and notifications are posted on www.fbo.gov. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the website for all information regarding this solicitation. The government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for a vendor's inability to access the documents posted. Proposals are due as identified in this posting unless otherwise amended. Interested vendors should pay close attention to all terms and conditions of the solicitation, particularly those related to content and method of proposal submission.
