Description

CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91RUS-18-R-DD68 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-100 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-09-21 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The APG - Huachuca Installation requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: SRM-3006 SELECTIVE RADIATION METER - SEE SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS -- Pay special attention to the below: Must be able to make isotropic measurements at least from 2 MHz to 6 GHz (three axis antenna, physically small- electrically short), be able to measure down to 9 kHz.. Must have Scope Mode. Selective level measurement at a fixed frequency o Filter type: Steep cutoff channel filter o Time Span: minimum of 500 nsec to 24 hours o Time resolution: At a minimum selectable from 31.25 nsec up to 90 minutes o Resolution bandwidth (6 dB): 40 kHz to 32 MHz (10 steps per decade) o Video Bandwidth: (4 Hz to 32 MHz) function of resolution bandwidth selection o Display current value and selected safety standard NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
