Description

****Request for Proposals Notification**** On behalf of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Operations Group, Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL) requests proposals to procure Rotational Mission Support services for the JMRC in Hohenfels, Germany. Proposals shall be submitted, per the solicitation, no later than 20-DEC-2018. The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid contract with a six-month phase-in; a six-month base period of performance; and four options, each with a 12-month period of performance. The contract is anticipated to have Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. Questions related to this Request for Proposals must be received no later than 1500 ET on 14-NOV-2018. Changes of note since the 23-OCT-2018 draft RFP: - A reduction in the number of required full-time Civilians on the Battlefield (COB), and Part-Time, On-Call COB. - Changes in information requested in the cost/price volume, and how the Government will evaluate cost/price (see Section L and Section M of the solicitation). - Change in PCO.
