Description

DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for project number CL18337005, PR 1000072669, NSN 4310-01-570-0434 listed in the attached market survey. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete and unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources and source controlled drawings for NSN 4310-01-570-0434 are listed below. NSN 4310-01-570-0434 requires Contractor First Article Testing. There are 3 waived sources. Waived Sources: CAGE 076M6 CAGE 0FW39 CAGE 3P3B8 This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government.
