Description

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for conference space and audio visual support for the 2019 NATO Aviation Committee Conference. The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center will provide conference, and audio and visual support. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The anticipated award date is 28 Dec 2018. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this required based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 26 Dec 2018 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
