CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 823300X8 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-101 with a small business size standard of $7.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-11-20 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The APG - Tobyhanna requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Please review the attached solicitation 18Q0001 SERVICES, SUPPLEMENTAL SNOW PLOWING. ON CALL SUPPLEMENTAL SNOW PLOWING TO ASSIST WITH CLEARING GATES, STREETS, PARKING AND VARIOUS OTHER AREAS FOR THE WELFARE AND SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES, TENANT ACTIVITIES, AND FAMILY HOUSING. On Site Tour Date 11/13/2018 at 10:00 AM. Please arrive an hour early it will take time to sign in at the security gate. We will be meeting at security building 20. Map will be provided as an attachment in the solicitation Period of performance 11/21/2018 to 11/20/2019 The vendor is not guaranteed the full amount of the award only for the worked performed. TOTAL AVAILABLE FUNDS MAY NOT BE FULLY USED OVER THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT AND MAY BE CANCELLABLE BY EITHER PARTY WITH A 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE.
