- This is an award notification in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 for FALCON Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services and Option Enhancements for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to meet this mission. ICE/HSI has a continued need for Palantir's proprietary Gotham software suite, customized for ICE and referred to hereinafter as FALCON. FALCON provides HSI's agents and analysts a wholly integrated, consolidated platform for performing federated search, analytics, and geospatial referencing and provides reporting and situational awareness capabilities across a diverse universe of structured and unstructured law enforcement data residing in numerous, disparate source environments. The period of performance for this contract is the following: Base Period: November 28, 2018 - November 27, 2019 Option Period 1: November 28, 2019 - November 27, 2020 Option Period 2: November 28, 2020 - November 27, 2021 During the course of this contract, ICE intends to solicit two (2) competitive requirements. A competitive procurement will be issued for Field Service Representatives (FSR), Help Desk, Engineering Support and Minor Enhancements. Various tasks under FALCON will be identified to transfer to HSI's Repository for Analytics in a Virtualization Environment (RAVEn) task order. Once these tasks are identified, an overall comprehensive competition will be conducted for those portions of the FALCON system which will not be re-developed by the RAVEn team.
