Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Ft Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to the United States Parachute Association, Inc., Fredericksburg, VA to support the U.S. Army Parachute Team during the period of performance of 01 January 2019 through 31 December 2019 with four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is to provide USPA Corporate membership, licenses, certifications and rating for all members of the U.S. Army Parachute team in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 18 December 2018, 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 18 December 2018, 1:00 P.M. EST to MICC - Fort Knox, Lewis B Messer II at lewis.b.messer.civ@mail.mil.
