This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written. Quotes shall reference 36C24619Q0114-2. This request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This procurement is FSS Schedule Small Business set aside. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a Federal Contract.
