- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interested trash rake maintenance contractors. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, anticipates a future procurement for trash racks maintenance services for the Ririe Outlet Channel located in Bonneville County, ID. This contract will provide cleaning of debris from five (5) trash racks for siphons under the Ririe Outlet Channels. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 562119 Other Waste Collection with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5 million. This NAICS code is on the procurement list for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). Responses are requested with the following information: 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include any designations as Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or 8(a) shall be indicated on first page of submission. 3. DUNS or CAGE number. 4. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes, describing no more than three (3) contracts completed within the past five years of the issue date of this Sources Sought Notice. The past performance information shall include project title, location, general description of the maintenance services supplied, the Offerors' role, dollar value of contract, and name of the company, agency or government entity for which the work was performed with contact information (reference name, phone number and e-mail address). If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the Prime Contractor's name and a quantifiable amount (percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work. NOTE: This solicitation is subject to FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. Specific attention is to be paid to para (c)(1) which states ¿Services (except construction). At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. ¿ Responses need to be received by COB 01/14/2019.
